At Datalabel
we have a range of asset
tagging solutions suitable for the most demanding applications.
We can supply low cost vinyl tags, through to fully laminated,
durable, high tack polyester tags. Recently added to our range
are anodised and laser etched aluminium tags which are ideal
for the harshest of environments.
Our asset tags can also be produced on tamper evident materials
that void or destruct themselves when removal is attempted, thus
preventing tags being moved from one piece of equipment to another.
These tamper evident materials are also suitable for preventing
unauthorised or fraudulent warranty transfers from new equipment
to older equipment.
Tracking assets is now more important than ever in any medium
to large size business. With hundreds of valuable assets, tagging
those assets will help track them by the use of barcode and serial
number technology.
Think about a company with large offices, a warehouse and
perhaps a factory, each with many computers, printers, monitors,
forklifts, manufacturing machines etc. How would each asset be
tracked without asset tagging? Asset tagging provides a simple,
cost effective solution to what could be a big problem.
Each piece of equipment in a business is tagged with an appropriate
label. The number on the tag can then be recorded, or the bar
code captured via scanning equipment, and used in an inventory
database to track and manage each individual item.
Some insurance companies now even require that companies they
insure have an asset-tagging scheme in place before insurance
is underwritten
Our asset tagging solutions can all be supplied with sequential
or random serial numbers and/or sequential bar codes, and your
own company logo can normally be incorporated into the tag.
